ETNOGRAFIA ESTÉTICA NA PESQUISA EM ESTUDOS ORGANIZACIONAIS: PRINCÍPIOS, PROCESSOS E DESAFIOS

Resumo


Em Estudos Organizacionais, embora a estética seja um tema valorizado, recorrentemente, há mais de 40 anos, a base de conhecimentos metodológicos para impulsionar a pesquisa ainda é limitada, dispersa e fragmentada. Se a etnografia é a abordagem metodológica frequentemente associada à estética, em Estudos Organizacionais, ainda carecemos de um conhecimento integrado e sistematizado sobre etnografia estética. O objetivo do estudo é integrar, estruturar e consolidar o conhecimento sobre a etnografia estética no campo dos Estudos Organizacionais por meio da identificação, seleção e análise sistemática da produção acadêmica envolvendo os campos das Ciências Sociais e Humanas. Como resultados, elaboramos, apresentamos e discutimos princípios, processos, dinâmicas e desafios da etnografia estética para o campo dos Estudos Organizacionais.
