HOLDERSHIP: EXPLORING THE INTERPLAY OF AFFECT, HOLDING, TRANSITIONAL-TRANSFORMATIVE ENVIRONMENTS, AND RELATIONAL DYNAMICS
Resumo
This article offers a comprehensive exploration of intra and interorganizational relational dynamics, with a particular emphasis on the intricate interplay between affect, holding, and transitional-transformative environments. Drawing on insights from psychoanalysis, philosophy, and organizational behavior, the article presents an approach of “holdership” that aims to transcend traditional heroic, paternalist, and leader-centric perspectives. This approach incorporates concepts derived from the works of Winnicott, Lacan, and Bollas, within the framework of Spinoza's ontology of immanence. By delving into these multifaceted perspectives, the article underscores the significance of cultivating nurturing and transformative environments to foster sustainable holdership outcomes. Through the integration of empirical evidence and theoretical frameworks, this article lays the groundwork for comprehending and enhancing holdership practices in the context of the digital era.
